Refund Policy

1. Custom Projects

Since most of our work (3D letters, signage, custom branding) is tailor-made to specific client requirements, we generally do not offer refunds once the fabrication process has started.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order or before the design approval phase. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and design costs incurred.

3. Defects and Quality Issues

We stand by the quality of our work. If there is a manufacturing defect or the final product significantly deviates from the approved design, we will rectify the issue or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
